Susan Pollard earned a M.S.W. degree in Social Work from California State University Long Beach (CSULB) in 1999 and B.A. in Psychology from Chapman University in 1992. She retired from her County Social Work job of 25 years in 2019 where she was employed for The County of Orange Health Care Agency Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services. Currently Susan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Grief Recovery Specialist trained by the Grief Institute out of Bend Oregon. She has a private practice and offers psychotherapy services and evidenced based action oriented Grief programs in the community. She specializes in anxiety, depression, Grief and loss, trauma and substance use disorders. Susan is a member of Alpha Zeta Chapter of Phi Alpha Honor Society and has received a service award for 25 years of continuous service for the Orange County Health Care Agency. In her free time Susan enjoys traveling with her family, playing Pickleball, while watching and volunteering her time with her daughter's club soccer team.
